Project Reclamation

You know that endless loop of self-talk that runs in the background of your mind all day every day?

  • Not good enough.

  • Must do more.

  • Never gonna work.

  • Too fat/ugly/stupid/fill-in-the-blank.

  • Not enough time.

  • Not enough money.

  • Can’t do it.

  • Something must be wrong with me.

  • Or, my personal favorite: SIMULTANEOUSLY too much AND not enough. As if that could make any fucking sense.

What if you could access a supportive community focused on excavating those stories and dismantling them from the inside out, so that you could choose ON PURPOSE what you want to believe about yourself?

Because you did not consent to these bullshit stories.

You get to revoke consent.

And you can rewrite the narrative.

It’s time to reclaim you. For you.

I’d like to invite you to Project Reclamation — a membership like no other.

Inside, you’ll receive tools for nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and cognitive self-coaching. Plus, you’ll have access to Master Certified Coaches to receive ongoing written support, as well as live coaching via regular group calls. And you’ll be able to join in on an integrated book club, as well as both virtual and in-person community celebrations.

Maybe life coaching has felt out of reach for you in the past, as it’s often relegated to those hoarding enough wealth to be bored. But self-discovery doesn’t actually come in Tiffany boxes and it is my goal to make healing and growth accessible to everyone.

Inside this space, we’re committed to reclaiming our bodies, our time, our joy, and our lives from all the cultural conditioning that has left us feeling less than. And we’re doing it in a vibrant, supportive community that is truly open to everyone who shares these values. (Though cis-het white Christian men may struggle a bit.)

But hold up. What the hell is a private, equitable, self-coaching community? What is a self-coaching community at all?

Yeah, that’s real coach-speak, eh? “Self-coaching community.” So let’s break it down.

Self-coaching is a concept where you essentially learn to use coaching tools to coach yourself, which can be wonderfully empowering. And can also lead to a lot of personal responsibility for systemic issues or disconnecting from community because you “should” be completely self-reliant.

The coaching industry is full of this kind of dichotomy. And often, it’s very heavily weighted on the side of personal responsibility and self-reliance. “Just change your thoughts, and then everything is fine.”

And, like, yeah. That’s true to a certain point. But the concept that it’s all just your thoughts can so easily be used for manipulation and gaslighting, and when used as a self-coaching concept, can really fucking easily be used for self-gaslighting to accept circumstances that are inauthentic to our innermost truths. It can keep us in positions that hold us back or, worse, actively harm us. And it can be the worst form of bootstrap bullshit, mental and emotional self-harm weaponry, and victim blaming.

This is where the community and the Master Certified Coaches come in. Because when it’s just you with yourself, even with the best tools, your own patterns and lenses will influence how you see your narratives and how you use the tools.

We all need external support. As humans, we are a communal species. And we cannot do life alone.

So, inside Project Reclamation, you do get access to incredibly effective self-coaching tools. You also get access to a supportive community. And actual coaches who are trained in various modalities to help you learn to use the tools yourself effectively and help guide you out of your patterns because we see you through different lenses than you see yourself.

But can we talk about how the coaching industry has become so elitist, capitalistic, and inaccessible? Because I think that fucking sucks.

And, listen, it’s not that I don’t think coaches deserve to be paid well for their work. I do! I mean, I’ve got bills to pay and a life to live, too.

We ALL deserve to be well-resourced and well-supported.

But if your target audience can’t afford you without going into debt, and you’re actively encouraging that debt, do you really have their best interest in mind? Or do you just want to make a quick cash grab?

I’m not into quick cash grabs. And I’m not into turning people into dollar signs.

And all the “money mindset” bullshit claiming that if you’re not raising your prices at a certain number of clients, it’s because you don’t value yourself? 🙄 Miss me with that. It’s nothing more than the coach version of Pickup Artist negging.

Manipulating people into paying (or charging) more by making them feel terrible and like you’re the only solution is shitty marketing, shitty sales, and makes me assume that, on the inside, will be shitty coaching.

But the purpose of learning to coach yourself and receiving coaching is to make your experience of life a little less shitty. So with Project Reclamation, we’re reclaiming what a coaching community consists of, how it’s priced, and how it’s marketed.

I have no interest in pushing on your pain points and convincing you that I’m the solution. I have no interest in getting you to put me on a pedestal and trust me more than you trust yourself.

  • My interest is to work with you to help you regulate your nervous system, process your emotions, and recognize the socialized narratives that keep you playing out unhelpful patterns so that you can shift them.

  • My interest is to offer you access to tools and support that have been gate-kept behind giant paywalls for far too long, keeping it relegated to those of elite social and financial status.

  • My interest is for you to reclaim yourself. For yourself.

Within Project Reclamation, the community aspect is crucial. And that goes not just for the membership but also for the coaches.

The behind-the-scenes structure is very collectivist in nature. I’m not at the top, acting as a figurehead, with anyone working FOR me. The point is that we’re building something beautiful together.

We’re reclaiming what it means to run a membership community and provide support for our clients. We’re reclaiming the structure of what that looks like from the hierarchical bullshit we’ve seen elsewhere.

This is truly a labor of love. Love for our work. Love for our industry. Love for our clients. Love for the community we’re building. Love for one another. Love for ourselves. And love for humanity as a whole.

Socialization has taught us that our bodies belong to anyone but us. Inside Project Reclamation, we’re reclaiming our bodies.

Socialization has taught us that our time belongs to everyone but us. Inside Project Reclamation, we’re reclaiming our time.

Socialization has taught us that our desire is sinful and our pleasure is secondary — if valid at all. Inside Project Reclamation, we’re reclaiming our desire and our pleasure.

Socialization has taught us that our anger is unwarranted and our rage is petty. Inside Project Reclamation, we’re reclaiming our anger and our rage.

We’re reclaiming our friendships, our partnerships, our joy, our love, our sensuality, our sexuality, our spirituality, our interests, our hobbies, our careers, and our very identities.

Built with the philosophy of equity-first, through the lens of anti-capitalism, upon a foundation of self-coaching tools with access to master certified life coaches, all within the context of a supportive community — at $10/month or $100/year, Project Reclamation exists to make what’s normally gate-kept behind massive paywalls accessible to the massive amount of people who need it most.

It’s smart. It’s supportive. It’s accessible. It’s for you.

Inside Project Reclamation, we’re reclaiming ourselves. For ourselves. Reclaim you. For you.

Who’s this for?

  • Experienced Explorers: For the savvy souls who know their way around thought work and self coaching, we’ll help you keep that mindfulness front and center. Dive deep, refine your skills, and uncover new layers of self-awareness with guided support.

So, what’s included?

  • Excavation: A 45-day self-coaching course and study guide to teach you useful tools for nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and narrative recognition so that you can decide - on purpose - what to keep and what to shift to reclaim your agency in every aspect of life.

  • A private Facebook community for coaching, questions, and support. Bring all your bullshit. Our master certified coaches are there with you.

  • Regular group coaching calls to take solidify your understanding of the tools we use, guide you where you get stuck, and help you take the work deeper.

  • Integrated book club for those who are avid readers and want to discuss the topics we coach through from every angle.

  • Virtual and in-person celebrations! We celebrate. On purpose.

  • Weekly oracle card draws for the community. The cards can often offer new insights and help us see different directions available that we wouldn’t have considered otherwise.

  • Periodic dance parties. Because why the hell not?

  • Opportunities for deep-dive sessions, working on one specific aspect of life over time with other folks focused on the same topic. You’ll have lessons, workbooks, and weekly coaching inside these containers.

  • First dibs on in-person retreats!

  • Birthday cards. Seriously. As long as you’re a member during your birthday month and we have your address on file, you’re gonna get a card in the mail from me. Because birthdays are my favorite and I want to celebrate you every chance I can.

  • Welcome cards, holiday cards, and other cards randomly just because. Because receiving mail is fun.

But what does that really mean for you?

  • Rediscover Yourself: Reclaim every facet of your identity and show up to your life as your favorite self, unapologetically.

  • Better Connections: Upgrade your relationships with friends, family, and partners. No matter who they are. No matter what the past has looked like.

  • Love Your Body: Transform the relationship you have with your body, because self-love is a revolutionary act. (If that sounds too far away, it’ll start by just hating your body a little less.)

  • Feel Grounded: Learn to regulate your nervous system and process your emotions with zero self-judgement, so the feelings will flow through you instead of piling up.

  • Ditch People Pleasing: Shift your perspective of what it means to take care of those you love, so that it’s not completely draining. You deserve to be well-nourished before anything else happens.

  • End Scarcity Mentality: Whether it’s “not enough time” or “not enough money” or “not enough _____” you’ll learn to recognize where that’s actually not true to utilize the resources you DO have and generate what you need when you need it, instead of perpetuating an endless cycle that feels like shit.

  • Have Better Sex: Connect with your unique body, your divine pleasure centers, and learn to communicate effectively for stimulating partnered experiences.

  • Redefine Self-Care: Because it’s often the boring shit that leads to the greatest results. Mani/pedis are great. But what does it truly mean to deeply care for yourself? That’s where the magic is.
